How the sexual wellness score works
Your score is a weighted composite of the five lifestyle factors most strongly linked to intimate wellbeing:
- Sleep (25%) — 7–9 hours per night scores best, since rest drives energy, mood, and hormones.
- Exercise (20%) — 3–5 active days a week scores best; movement supports circulation and confidence.
- Stress (20%) — scored inversely; chronic stress is one of the biggest dampeners of desire.
- Intimate activity (20%) — a steady rhythm of 1–3 times per week scores best; more or less adjusts gradually.
- Age (15%) — expectations are adjusted by age group, so the score reflects what's healthy for your stage of life.
Each answer is converted to a 0–100 sub-score, combined by weight, and rounded to a final score out of 100: 80+ excellent, 60–79 good, 40–59 fair, and below 40 suggests lifestyle changes could help. It is a lifestyle estimate — not a diagnosis.

How is the sexual wellness score calculated?
Each answer is converted to a 0–100 sub-score and combined with weights: sleep 25%, exercise 20%, stress 20%, intimate activity 20%, and age 15%. The result is a lifestyle-based wellness estimate, not a medical measurement.
Can this calculator replace medical advice?
No. It is a lifestyle-based estimate for informational purposes only. If you have concerns about your sexual health, desire, or function, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
How can I improve my sexual wellness score?
The biggest levers are sleeping 7–9 hours a night, exercising most days of the week, and actively managing stress through rest, movement, or relaxation. Open communication with a partner and regular intimate connection also support the score.
